i paid 182216 for a cruise. I can get the same cruise for 170215 from cruise.com
I called and spoke to someone at travelocity she got the same price 120 cheaper, I needed a supervisor to get the credit. the supervisor claims she cant get the same price.
now what?

Sorry... but I disagree with@millerm... I could barely understand any of the 3 or 4 reps I dealt with when I had to call! Instead of answering any questions, they just repeated what seemed like a canned script. Absolutely the WORST customer service staff with almost ZERO communication skill, in my opinion.
