I've been listing on Tradesy for a few weeks now and am getting ready to really get serious about adding several hundred items. I have noticed that Tradesy never shows up in google searches so I decided to read some reviews. Wow! Serious negative reviews!! I tend to ignore such things unitl I experience them for myself so I plan to continue. However, I have a few questions...a business account? I am definitely a business but I've seen no options to make your closet a business. I did go yesterday to make sure that I was verified and it said that I was verified. Is there something else that I should do? I haven't sold anything as of yet and I do find that a bit strange as I have never experienced that which I felt the answer was to add lots of items to help get some sales going. I realize that more people are going to take the time to post bad reviews than those that will take the time to post positive ones and that is always a shame.I am hoping to experience great success on your site. I guess I just need to know if there is more that I need to know. I have read all that I can find to read but I want to make sure that I am doing everything to get going and start selling! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, related to the reviews, almost all said that your customer service never got back to them. Well, I have sent emails asking two questions so far and both were answered very quickly from very friendly and positive representatives. The more I'm on the site the more that I wish that I could work for the site writing reviews, blog posts and such because I know that I could add to the site in that way as writing is where my real talent and passion lies. But, I only work from home so I will continue to seek success as a seller. I hope great success as I have also found many things I would love to purchase.
