If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will offer a full refund on your purchase, and any paid discount coupons used in that tournament. If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will offer a replacement free of charge.

Hello Karandip, we only advertise on US TV networks because at the moment we are only able to ship to the 48 continental states of USA.

I am addicted but i think i am a little confused though. maybe you can help! so i signed up today and won 3 items. a metal art wall sculpture for 1650, and two items from the barrel shack totally about 1500 each. i spent $250, i see many people posting how they win these items for free. is there some sort of strategy that im missing? also i cant find anywhere on the site that these products are really from these places and not just imitations. do they come with certificate of authenticity? thanks for your help in advance! Hi Mary, if you win something for free the only cost to you will be for any paid discount coupons you had used in that particular tournament. You can purchase discount coupons at any time by clicking the ticket icon, and we occasionally run promotions for free discount coupons.
