I did not get the service i paid for and i want a full refund. whom should i contact?

Answer:

This is an old question, but for anyone still wondering: if you pay by credit card, you can contest the charges with your credit card issuer. Capital One has been very good at reversing charges.

Hello, does your team has experience in technical resume writing for director level?

Answer:

No, this service provides very elementary resumes filled with spelling and grammatical errors. I've worked with two different writers and it seems that English is not the native language of their writers - perhaps the writing service is outsourced overseas. If you're thinking of using this service, please do yourself a huge favor and PASS. There are a plethora of other resume writing services that won't take your money and run.

I paid your service to have a new resume and cover letter done. i was promised a draft by yesterday and i have not yet received it. how do i get a refund?

Answer:

They don't offer refunds. They will only pass you to another writer.
