Question:

How much time does it take to write your resume

Answer:

They give one week to fully flush out your resume and other products you purchase at the time. In that week, you have as many revisions as you want. Once the writer starts, it only takes a day or two for them to send you a first draft. Then again for your revisions.

Question:

I currently live in a somewhat remote part of alaska, and i am worried that my location is part of what is preventing me from getting any interviews. will topresume be able to help me get an interview for a job that i would be happy to relocate for?

Answer:

I also live in Alaska! I really doubt it - their resume writing service is awful and don't bank on getting anything resembling coaching out of this particular service. Don't bank on getting anything you provide in the questionnaire (such as your issue here) addressed in your resume either.

Question:

It seems like all or most of your writers are female. i am not certain that a woman in my industry (working as a security consultant / manager in conflict countries) could rewrite my resume with the same understanding as a man. do you not employ male writers.

Answer:

Top Resume This place is a rip off, they take advantage of unemployed customers. You tell them what you want on your resume and cut it in half and then they send you a Resume that is not adequate, then they make one change (so they say) and then say they will not make any more changes. You call your Credit Card Company and after many emails they say that because their "no refund policy" they cant do anything. Basically you are giving your Money away to Top Resume. You will then have to call Master Card or Visa directly and go around your bank policies to let them know that your bank who is supposed to be helping you broke the guidelines set by Master Card or Visa. Bottom line "DO NOT USE THEM" I even send the crappy Resume they did to another company and they deemed it to be only 70% efficient. TRUST ME DONT USE THEM
