I'm trying to find a cheaper and better company. Currently Tmobile is charging me $50.00 more a month than their new customer promo. I've been with them 18 years and they just turned my phone off without warning 3 weeks after getting my last payment. Horrible to customers!

Many of Tmobiles promotions and plans are scams. A real life example: They convinced me to buy S8A 2 for 1, with the free one being in the form of a rebate. I asked if I can pay it off within the first 3 months and they said yes (it was a lie). As it turns out, I was not eligible for the rebate, so the STUCK ME WITH 2 PHONES FULL PRICE, and added in a lot of accessories that didn't go with the phones but refused return and charged me anyway. SCAM

No, nope, none, zero, ziltch,, I have had success in being completely taken advantage of, scammed, conned, cheated by Tmobile. They have screwed me every way they can for 18 LONG YEARS. It's finally over!
