Abysmal customer service of ignoring customers with issues and stringing them along when they do eventually respond

I would personally never order again from this company. Such a poor experience.

Tinywargames, unfortunately, have several negative reviews recently for poor service, which I chose to ignore and now deeply regret! I have just had such an exasperating few months trying to get them to actually send me what I've paid for - but currently they've ghosted me for about two months. It is a shame - the product they provide is alright for the price, but after months of emails, they send incorrect items, and in the case of my biggest item, just not send it at all. Infuriatingly, after agreeing to give me a refund - they just ghost me. Where is the refund you agreed to Tinywargames? If this review is still here, presume I never received it, despite any reply they may write below! I cannot recommend buying from this company, I say spend money anywhere else instead and have a great looking table quickly without the stress.

Straight as an arrow, in my experience. I got what I ordered, in a slightly shorter time than quoted, at the price they said.

Ridiculous conments on here, we have been running since 2015 and gave 12000 customers!

Legit 100% company based in Kent running for five years

They take your money and then string you along with "I'll chase up the courier", when it hasn't even been printed, let alone been handed to a courier a week ago. Lots of delays and not credible excuses, without any apology for breaking their promises. Sometimes you have to message them 2 or 3 times over a week to get a response. Now that it's a week and a half late (it was supposed to only take a week and a half), they tell me it will arrive a week and a half from now. I don't believe anything they say any more, so I cancelled the order. They agreed to a full refund.
So, I don't actually know if they are a scam, but I'm not risking it.
