Answer:

Yes she is and this has now caused the death of at least two poor pups. They are not health checked and she never meets the puppy. Disgusting. Cares about money.

Answer:

They refused her licence due to all problems people where having with their dogs, she has been importibg all along but now Lucy's law has been bought in which bans this in England she then rented a barn in Wales and imports on that licence as it is not yet illegal there
