I am worried and wondering if i will ever get my order. i ordered something last week and got the message that tidestore is on some spring festival holiday. has anybody ever received their items i south africa? can i trust this store?

As this is the international shipping, the shipping cost would be more expensive. Also, the super saving shipping would be cheaper than others, but it is slower than others. Good day, i order an item from you and apparently it was suppose to arrive between 10 and 28 days... its been 34 days and its still stuck in guangzhou. this is a gift for my fiance and its already past his birthday i am so embarrassed that it still has not arrived. its my first time ordering online. i am afraid i'll never receive it. what should i do?

How long is the shipping? i ordered my items on oct 13th and have not received any on oct 31.
