No! That's the problem with this company. They have an excuse for everything-either the dress was not flawed when they sent it or you did it when trying it on or you provided bad measurements. They do not give refunds contrary to what they say. They need to be reported to the better business bureau-probably have. You should call them

The quality was almost the same as the shown in the pic but I don't know about the refund policy as I had no problems with my dress
