Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from TicketNetwork staff and previous consumers.
Hello Mary, It would look as you posted this question twice, so I'll answer both questions with the same response. All the tickets listed on our site are guaranteed to be legitimate and valid for use. We can promise this because we deal primarily with professional ticket-selling companies that have a track record of successfully filling orders. You can rest assured that any tickets you purchase through us are being provided by professionals who sell tickets for a living. Hello Linda! The seat number for the tickets are not provided at the time of the sale. This is to protect you and the supplier. Please note that the tickets will be next to each other, unless stated differently at the time of purchase. If you want, you can contact us directly with your order number and we can ease any concerns you may have. Our number is 888-456-8499.

Hi Nigel! At TicketNetwork, we have a 100% guarantee that tickets will be valid for entry into the event and will arrive in time for the event. If you buy through us you are definitely buying genuine tickets. I looked at our Coachella listings and it looks like they are all standard delivery, which means they would be shipped FedEx to your address. If you will be in the US for Coachella for the estimated delivery date, you may want to make your shipping address your hotel address. They could also be shipped to your UK address. The estimated delivery date is listed in the ticket posting. Hope this helps!
The tickets listen on our site are being resold. That means that someone bought them, couldn't make the show, then decided to sell the ticket they bought because they couldn't use it. Because they are resold tickets, they will bear the name of their original purchaser. The name on the ticket will have no effect on you getting into your event. As long as your bar code is in tact, you will be fine getting into your show.
