I bought tickets for copa centenario final game and paid for 2 days shipping, after 3 days i didn't receive it and fedex scheduled the delivery fot monday 8pm, but the game is on sunday. I called costumer service and they said that probably i have to pick it up 2 hours prior to the game, but they can not confirm it because the original seller has not responded the emails. The organization recommends going early because 80k people are attending plus the state fair is in the same location. How do you pretend tjat i get the tickets who knows where 2 hours before the game starts?
Can someone answer me because costumer service didn't have any answer yet.

Hello Cristian, we are sorry to hear about the delivery confusion with your order. With the shipping methods available, there is a 2-3 day method and a 1-2 day method available to our customers. These methods are from the date the tickets ship, and not always from when the customers place an order. However, if there was an issue with the delivery, the seller would work with the customer to insure that they do have the ability to obtain the tickets in time for the event. Therefore, without knowing the order number in question, we cant say for sure what may have happened with your order at this time.
