With the shipping methods available, there is a 2-3 day method and a 1-2 day method available to our customers. These methods are from the date the tickets ship, and not always from when the customers place an order. However, if there was an issue with the delivery, the seller would work with the customer to insure that they do have the ability to obtain the tickets in time for the event. Therefore, without knowing the order number in question, we cant say for sure what may have happened with your order at this time.
