Question:

Why don; t you have teh exact seat locations of your hamilton tickets? how can you expect people to pay so much when they can't be sure if their seat is on the inside aisle or smashed to the far sides of that house?

Answer:

Hello Mary! Thank you for your question. Im afraid the sellers who list tickets on our site dont list seat numbers on their ticket listings. This is for privacy reasons and also to limit the double-selling of tickets, which would only cause sellers to reject orders when they otherwise could fulfill them with other seats in the same row. Its also true that many ticket sellers access tickets from connected suppliers who get bulk allowances of tickets from fan clubs, venues, event promoters, and so forth. Ticket sellers may not know the specific seats theyll receive in a given row or may not want to make a promise of specific seats without knowing in what quantities their other tickets will sell. Question:

Awaiting tickets from you that i purchased months ago. #19212500 4 tickets for billy idol for march 27

Answer:

Hi Natalie! Thank you for your question. I'm very sorry to hear about the delivery delay associated with your ticket order through us. Im afraid that event tickets often aren't distributed by venues or primary ticketing sources until within weeks of their event. Those tickets then have to make their way to another party (the seller) before reaching you. However, I did take a look into your order and see that you do have your tickets at this time. If you have any other questions you can call us at 1-800-456-8499 or email us at CustomerSupport@TicketLiquidator.com.

Question:

I received my tickets by email but when i printed them they have a different name on them

Answer:

Hi Brittany! Thank you for your question. We are a secondary ticket website through which independent ticket sellers resell tickets to events. The name listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see. Simply present the tickets as you would if they had your name on them and you will be let in. The only thing that matters on the tickets is the viability of the bar code. If you have any other questions you can call us at 1-800-456-8499 or email us at CustomerSupport@TicketLiquidator.com.

Question:

How long does it take to get my tickets to print them?

Answer:

Hello Gabriela! Thank you for your question! With the delivery of E-tickets, depending on the listing, ticket could be available within a few moments of the purchase of closer to the event. The listing seller would put on their listing a delay delivery date if the tickets are not becoming available to him right away. There are also listing that state “instant download”, where the ticket would be made available just moments after your order is confirmed. If you have already ordered, I would suggest contacting us directly with your order ID number so that we can help you better with your concern. Our number is 1-800-456-8499 or you can email us at CustomerSupport@TicketLiquidator.com.

We can promise this because we deal primarily with professional ticket-selling companies that have a track record of successfully filling orders.
