If you have a Masters Licence in any of the trades forget it. Im a master plumber in Rhode Island and they let unlicensed handymen and others bid on job. I contacted Thumbtack about this and they done nothing. They are ruining the service trades with unlicensed people with cut rate prices and no plumbing permits.
