They also lie, collectibles are not supposed to get discounted or returned but they let it happen anyway

Or if you live in a larger city, you can simply contact US Customs. If the item is counterfeit, they will destroy it and give you a letter. Dispute the charges with your bank and send them a copy of the letter. No need for back and forth with a company who sells a counterfeit.

THey did not answer the question fully. TRR takes 20% off the price they give you to try to seel it immediately. My Brand new Buberry handbag cost $1,400 retail. They gave me a price to sell of $525 but it was put on sale for 20% off which meant $420. It sold in one day because it was so cheap. TRR gave me $252.

Answer:

You can't. It's always a chance taken here. Unless you've seen the item in a store, and know it, it's a risk. I like eBay with highest ranking sellers ~ some give gift receipts and some have authenticity cards with their bags. I've always kept all auth cards for my high -end bags. Why didn't other people? So I doubt their items' authenticity. I would think they would, if they knew it's real worth. TheRealReal doesn't offer gift receipts from where it was purchased and too often don't have the auth cards. Dustbags or boxes for shoes and bags just don't scream authentic to me.

Answer:

I was thinking about selling and buying some products from this site. After reading the reviews not just on this site but several others there are 95% negative than positive. Feel like the best thing I can do is to stay away from this website altogether. The last thing I would want is to risk my reputation as a seller or to purchase from a place where there is so many negative factors.

I hope your dad did NOT provide his SSN. That is inappropriate to ask unless he was applying for credit. That is very odd to say the least.

It's possible. Make sure to check out the return policy before purchasing. I would say that shoes are the best bet on this site.
