I ordered my necklace on 12/3/15 the money was taken from my account on 12/4/15. I have received nothing and after 3 letters to you and a call to my credit card company I get a message from you that my necklace was mailed on 12/18/15 and it would take 5 - 15 business days to get it. No where is there information where I can track my order. I wanted this for Christmas, My order number is 14238. I have now checked your reviews and they are terrible. Is this a scam? Why so long for shipping where the hell is this coming from, China?
