There just aren't a lot of men's clothing rental subscriptions, so this was one of the only choices. It seems like more clothing subscription boxes geared towards men are on the way though. I've always been very happy with rent the runway, fashion pass, and banana republic style passport and AE style drop, I will certainly use their services for my husband when they start offering men's options since I know they have great customer service!

I think they are a legit company, but with very poor customer service. They would rather just take your money than make sure you are actually happy with what you get.

Since we are a true personal styling service, much different than other sites where you can add items to cart, our stylists currently make the selections. Although this is the case, we do work with our members to hone in on preferred styles by reading through feedback to determine likes and dislikes. We will adjust future packs accordingly.
