I have ordered a Jacket along with jeans during Christmas sale from The JTstore and got delivered in 6 days as promised. Quality of fabric is good. Appearance of the product is same as shown on the website. But size of the jacket was a bit bigger for me so i complained about my issue and they got it replaced within 2 days. Jtstore is a Good Service provider. Very friendly customer care service which helps you and make your shopping experience better.

Hello team. I have ordered UPS for WiFi router. Shopping Receipt Date: 05/07/2020 ORDER Number: *******. Now get a message telling orders would be delayed due to Covid 19. Can you please provide customer care number, so that we can call and clarify doubts. Order was placed with real emergency, but now it's not getting delivered. Please please please refund the same, as I can buy product outside. It costs 2000. It is not small amount. Do not cheat and play with hard earned money. Please. Or please respond to our emails properly.

I had read reviews here... one of that... admin of the jt store replied that... please complete refer n earn process. Then you will redeem your desired product at free of cost...! Okk its looks gud. But there is a twist in that... to redeem the coupon user should have equal level of points of that desired product price... (For eg... If user decided to buy oppo f7 which is cost Rs/- *******. The user should have ******* points) but, for every one refer user get only one point... im questioning the admin of the store... with this one what we have to do... as mentioned oppo f7 case. User need ******* points... for that user should refer ******* members... this is ridiculous. Are you think is this easy process for users?... for doing this smart deal you have to mention clearly about this process on advertisement on your websites. Without doing this. You are misleading the users...

Why there is so inconsistencies and difficulties to use your online store? You keep sending use our app but in reality it does not exist in a play store. I'll suggest you to improve your technical site because it's difficult for a customer to get in touch with you and our orders. I'm still trusting your store to deliver my products soon. After making the payment received an order I'd and tracking id which was bogus.
If i try to track it, getting "Tracking info is not available at the moment" there is no option for contact them.
Concerned team should $#*! off them.
