It has been easy to get hold of customer service and eventually worked out multiple problems. Let me add, their were too many problems to continue doing business with the company.
They were closed site says 24/7 but that's wrong. I sent an email and will be calling back in a few hrs
It was easy to get a hold of someone, however, I do not feel they were of much help.
