Good luck getting your order anytime soon, or receiving a $5 credit. This company promises but doesn't deliver.
It was a legit site. Although a lot of people recently have been reporting packages not arriving or incorrect items. So I'd say just be cautious.
Whenever you checkout it will automatically deduct the amount of credit you have from your purchase
You can choice a refund or store credit, the system gives you that option when you request to return something. It's very easy, I don't understand how so many people are having problems.
The possibility of getting anything by Xmas is doubtful. I had ordered birthday gifts for my grandchildren and ALL birthdays have SURPASSED shipment my orders are STILL processing
If u ordered the end of November and during December, there was longer shipping time, just like other companies. I had 1 order not come by the time promised & they credit your account $5.00 if package is past that date. Before the Christmas rush my orders arrived within a week.
Temu is horrific in my experience! The clothes are cheap, found that they are walmart quality or lower. The items I ordered are sitting for almost 9 days at the facility less than 2 miles from the post office/shipper. Their Cust.Service lied when I contacted them on day 5 of the pkg sitting and said they'd put in a ticket & they'd reach out to me. Called today, no ticket was submitted. They are now, maybe? & its to locate the package, not to guarantee that the pkg will get to USPS or to the delivery site on time. IF you have the patience of a turtle and don't mind cheaply made clothing... can wait several weeks or more for your items, go for it.
