Hi, I am looking at the responsive wordpress template. Does it require coding?

DO NOT USE TEMPLATE MONTSER! They SAY it's runs with Wordpress ( you pay extra for it) AND THEN IT DOES NOT RUN WITH WORDPRESS. And they leave you to 'figure it out'.
