I ordered on June 11th for Father's Day on June 20, within the worst case timeline for delivery. It's now June 29 and I just got word my product shipped today. You cannot blame USPS for this. This business model really must be made much more clear to consumers. I get the sense orders are held up for quantity needs, or waiting on stock to print on. It must be made much more clear to consumers that this is an order to PRINT, not to BUY, because it's night and day. No timeline is guaranteed on a print order. Just entirely disappointed with this experience.

I had this happen to me once. They ended up replacing the shirt in a larger size and the customer service was friendly.

I had NO problem. The service I received was FAST and COURTEOUS. The sizes seem a little small but they exchanged the hoodie and t shirt IMMEDIATLY! I had NO issues WHATSOEVER. IMHO, they were great to work with, and I think the products are very nice.
