I paid for an order that said it would be shipped by october 16, 2016 .... today, 11/01/16 and no t-shirts. is this a scam or just horrible service? seems there's no real way to contact these people, whoever they are.

As far as I know, they don't exchange. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

Not shipped for 48 days so far. No refund offered due to production rules.

Advice other people not to avail anything in teechip they are scam. for the first month they always updating you after that they will not response. no proper customer service and if you will check on their courier they cannot find your package. as my experience, imagined i ordered to them august 21 2015 till now i don't get my product. they will send you a refund after many months but only half you will get. please beware of this company. i can give you a lot of proof just send me a personal mail.
