Answer:

You can't. TeeChip is a print to order service. Most of what they print and ship is garbage. If you actually got something, count yourself lucky, you are already ahead of the game. Seriously, they won't do an exchange, the absolute best you can hope for is a refund, and as you can see, that is next to impossible.
