If I use your service do I have to send the state separate filings? The state is on your CFSFP Program List.

Hi, Michelle!

If the state is a participant in the Combined Federal State Filing Program, the IRS will forward important information from your federal filing to the state. While some states have additional requirements where state withholdings are concerned, as a general rule, you won't need to send a separate filing to the CFSFP state.

No, they report automatically all CFSFP. I was using another provider Grealand and they charge higher fee to do CFSFP but no extra fee for Tax1099

No! If State is part of 30 plus CF/SF program list, you do not need to send state filing separately.
