It seems that you have bought one study using the 3 monthly installments method.
In other words, 1/3 of the cost is debited on the day of the purchase, the 2nd installment is debited 30 days after the purchase.
60 days after the purchase, the 3rd and last amount will be debited.
You can cancel this "recurring" debits, by addressing you request directly to TARA, by email. Also, remember that when cancel the email subscription, this doesn't affect any still active outstanding payment.
Last point, when providing me privately the email address and/or the transaction number(s), I can comply with your request.
