What customer service, firstly it's almost impossible to find either their customer service email or phone number, they are not interested in you as a customer, they only want to take your money.

My several emails to Takealot were answered the day after but unfortunately without ever changing their views. They are stubborn and cant ever substantiate their claims with hard evidence

They do not answer their phones and when you send an email to their customer service it usually takes about one day to get a vague answer our of them.
