I have not had any success with Takealot. I am waiting for an order I placed and paid for a month ago and they keep changing the delivery dates. It's a mess. I am now going to the Ombudsman.

No, sorry to say but there is no customer care and they take no resposibility. If you paid dont think for one moment they will assist you. I received sub standard used items, they just decline return and now no product and no money! They are useless
