The address listed is to a ups store. is this fly-by-night or what?

Answer:

I have been trying to "re-review" switchplatefactory.com and sitejabber will not let me do it... I have to say they are GREAT! After my first post here I received an email and a phone call from the company letting me know that they received my order and that it would be shipping out next day (which it did). Unfortunately there was a mistake with the order and I thought oh no, but I emailed the factory on a Saturday and received an almost immediate response that they would take care of the mistake and send the correct plate out on Monday... They have been very very responsive via email (I did get the correct plate eventually and have returned the incorrect one to them as well) - and now they have added their phone number to their website... which I think is a great idea - because it gives people piece of mind that they can talk to someone if they need to - and also adds a level of legitimacy to the business... Long winded comment for switchplates - but as a retail business owner myself, I expect excellent customer service and when I receive it I think it is important to mention it... not just post negative things... Thank you switchplatefactory.com... the switches look awesome in my dining room... just the right finishing touch.
