Question:
I've sent a few boxes to swap.com and some of my stuff is missing. some of them were rejected, according to them, it was stained. when i got my stuff back. i couldn't believe the condition that my items were, obviously i didn't send it in that terrible in what they send it back. i've contacted them through email because i feel very frustrated about my items condition and they should take responsibility and face their mistakes. at least an explanation and payment for the damage, because the damage was caused while my items was in their possession. they obviously don't care and just ignore it. 2 days after i contacted them, this person ebone cole answered. " wash it and send it back again" i cant believe the attitude of these people, like they haven't done anything wrong. instead of apologizing and take responsibility, they were trying to make me feel guilty, like it was my fault of what happened. i will post the pictures of my damaged items and the reply of my email. after that response of that person, i tried to contact directly to the manager (supposedly manager) and no answer, so i decided to call and ask to talk to the manager. once i was talking to him, he denied all the accusations and was on denial the whole time i was talking to him. he said the damaged didn't occurred while my items was in their possession and yet he said the box arrived intact so, he was contradicting himself. i file a claim with ups about the damage but they said that they need it the box to pay for the damage, but this guy said the box was in good condition when they got it, and still they are not taking responsibility. swap.com also added 3 items to my account that don't belong to me, i just feel sorry for the people like myself losing their belongings for these incompetent/ useless people. i am missing 4 dresses that i sent and was never posted in my account(new with tags) i feel really frustrated, i am going to find the way to get in touch with the vp or ceo. my last resource would be to sue this company. would never send anything. never again! i am sure this guy matt flores will respond to this saying "i'm sorry" and blablabla... he only responds to these comments because he wants people to believe that swap.com is great, but nothing to do. probably the company is indeed good, but the personnel like himself. stinks! he is the one that i spoke too and he was putting the blame on me. below are the emails i sent to them. will upload the picture of the damaged items too. and i will post this message everywhere, including facebook. i want people to know how disgusting these people really are. [swap.com] re: all my rejected items were stained at your warehouse inbox x eboné cole oct 16 (5 days ago) to me ##- please type your reply above this line -## your request "all my rejected items were stained at your warehouse" (ticket 441553) has been updated. to add additional comments or a reply, reply to this email. eboné cole (swap.com support) oct 16,3:44 pm hello chris: thank you for your message. i understand your concern for your non accepted items. it is not within our best interest to reject items so we do want to accept as many items, from each seller, as possible. since you were able to have your items sent home to review you were able to find the stickers indicating why the items were not accepted. the stained items are marked with a colored sticker in the stained area. our trained staff uses gloves to inspect each of your items with quality and care. your box is handled by one associate and items that are found to be stained are placed in one group for one photo and to be shipped in one bag together. items that are not accepted are not folded like the items that are accepted. i'm sorry that you had items that were not accepted due to staining but these did not occur within our facility. your box is held within a climate controlled area until it is opened to be processed. from there it is handled by one associate with gloves for extra caution. if you'd like to launder the items to remove any staining we would be happy to have them back to review again. we'd like to you to have the best success when using our service and we are here to help if you need. thank you. have a nice weekend, eboné c. customer experience associate www.swap.com chris beightler oct 16,12:04 pm i just got my rejected items and is obvious that those stains were caused by people handling the items in the warehouse.(or whatever is that you have the items in) most of my items are damaged and these spots will not come out even after washing. (black stains like grease). my items are ruined and most are new with tags. i demand that you reimburse me for the damage your team/people have done to my things. obviously they lack of seriousness, needless to say the lack of professionalism. also the way my things were send back has me thinking. do this people do their job for free? because it seems that they do not get paid by the laziness these people reflects :(( i sent my items very nicely folded and i got them back all wrinkled not even folded, everything was a mess) very, very disappointed. i am really angry the way my stuff was handled. not to mention that items that do not belong to me were added to my accoun! attachment(s) 1130. jpg 1131. jpg 1132. jpg 1138. jpg 1133. jpg 1136. jpg 1142. jpg 1134. jpg 1135. jpg 1137. jpg 1139. jpg 1143. jpg 1140. jpg 1141. jpg swap•com, operated by netcycler inc., 3 timber court, bolingbrook, il 60440 message-id: 1gp082oe21_562161a6ad598_b3473fe5240cd32c27811f_sprut chris beightler <tnate32@gmail.com> oct 19 (2 days ago) to matt hi matt. just wanted you to review and watch all pictures, i don't want to be messaging over and over and wasting my time with different people that are incompetent, that's why i decided to email you since you are the manager. i don't want nor try to take advantage of the situation, i just want you to be reasonable about what is going on and don't just ignore it, like ebone cole did. the rejected items that was sent to me it weren't in the condition that i got them back, i am not out of my mind to send stuff in that condition. i received my rejected items in 1 box wih 2 different bags in it. the first bag was stuff that were unsupported category and a few children stained clothes, which i understood and i know is kind of hard to find a tiny stain specially at night, that bag came with the name of the person reviewing the items along with some numbers. but., the second bag, it was a terrible mess, i coudnt believe it. there is no way in earth that someone in its 5 senses would send clothes in such condition. ebone cole said."wash it and send it back again" what? at least i need an explanation and even if i washed, what about the stuff that is new with tags? i am going to have to remove the tags, and is not gonna worth the same anymore. every time i send items to swap.com i always make sure that is folded very nicely so. is not fair. there is 10 pieces of my stuff that are stained. so, please reply back with a good solution. if ups is whom ruined the shipment, i'd like to know to report a claim. thanks!
Question:
