This has got to be the 2nd time you have done this to my brother's account. I have asked you all about his account several times already and customer service has been ignoring and less than compliant about this issue even though they know it was a wrongful deactivation. In the opening survey his account was deactivated after accidentally leaving the year as 2015, i had told him to create another account. And yet again it was banned, and what was more fishy is the deactivation only happened shortly after the days his reward is due to arrive which brings the suspicion that customer service has been claiming the rewards on the day my brother receives his online gift card, I am extremely displeased with customer service because of the $50 my brother has worked hard to get during his summer break you have continually been less than compliant about the issue, especially because if the account is deactivated you can't reach costumer service unless you make another account or have someone else with an account reach costumer service for them, I am tired of having to ask costumer service on his behalf through my account. I will be waiting until his account has been resolved if not i will taking this to your facebook page and continually ask that it be resolved until it does.

This is advice to anymore and not necessarily directed toward you.:)

You want to cash out as soon as you hit $25 (or sooner if you want a lower amount). As you see, if you have big amounts and it was some activity they deemed as fraudulent in your account, then they have the option to close your account due to fraud and you guessed it, you lose ALL the points. It's better to cash out at the $25 instead of having a lot of rewards in the account.

You mentioned surveys--if your cousin was only doing one activity (surveys) that is another flag that their system picks up. You need to do a variety of activities on their website or they think you are a "bot" just clicking on stuff so you get points. You want a mixture of offers, surveys, the daily to-do list, ncrave/jun (etc) videos, search & win and whatever is in the mix. You don't want to just focus on one thing on their website.
