on 9/19/17View account which is the very upper left button on home screen. Right above how many Swagbucks you have is your user code.
1) are you in a country that is not part of Swagbucks? 2) are you using the same email that you signed up with for their response?
3) did you receive a postcard and throw it out? (it had a pin number on it and we all have to go thru this process) Is your address for the postcard correct on your account? 4) did you submit a ticket thru the help desk tab? Or the 'contact us' tab?
