Everytime i try to purchase a gift card it keeps asking me for a pin number to verify my account, i emailed swagbucks twice and no responce.

View account which is the very upper left button on home screen. Right above how many Swagbucks you have is your user code.

1) are you in a country that is not part of Swagbucks? 2) are you using the same email that you signed up with for their response?
3) did you receive a postcard and throw it out? (it had a pin number on it and we all have to go thru this process) Is your address for the postcard correct on your account? 4) did you submit a ticket thru the help desk tab? Or the 'contact us' tab?
