Occasionally. It's safe to just assume you'll have to wait the 10 days, but occasionally I have gotten in fewer days.

Yes. You can do lots of different activities surveys, games, shopping, and so on. The more you do the faster you can get rewards.

It varies. I've gotten it same day. I've received it in 10 days. Not sure what the factors are. Perhaps when they are overrun with requests?
