Thanks for visiting Stylewe. Our main fulfillment center is located in China.We have office in China, HK. Majority of our clothes are shipped from our fulfillment center. Some of the designers we work with might ship the products directly from their own warehouses which locate across North America and Europe. Honestly, the only way I got a response from them was to post a negative here, and then to open a dispute with PayPal. They do not have a customer service system in place -- it's a few people who step in to respond to the one email address they have. There's no tracking of customer service disputes.
No phone number, and don't count on them answering your emails in a timely manner. There is a language barrier and their English isn't very good. I've been trying to get a refund from them for close to a month now. I don't think they should be allowed to do international business, their tactics border on scams.
