Why doesn't they offer seating choice like other agency?

Answer:

Jay, on your StudentUniverse confirmation email you should have a confirmation number from StudentUniverse as well as a record locator for the airline. If you go to the airline's website, you should be able to use your record locator to select your seat. Some airlines do charge for advanced seat selection, so if they are an airline that does, fees may apply. If we can provide any more assistance, please email us at help@studentuniverse.com.
