Please I bought a ticket 3 hours ago and till now nothing has been sent to my email address. Please advise me on what to do

Hi there, if you believe you should have received your confirmation email already, but haven't, please give us a call or email help@studentuniverse.com. In most cases you should receive a confirmation email within an hour or two of booking, but if you don't, please reach out. You can also check your spam or junk folders to see if the email went there.
