They are not giving refunds they changed the policy without informing the customer so the can provide a credit. I called customer service they won't transfer you to a supervisor and won't give a refund keep saying it's nothing they can do I filed a complaint with the bbb for a refund because stubhub won't honor the original policy and said the change was set to retrograde to previous bout tickets they just don't want to lose Monet and I contacted them today twice
