They are not giving refunds they changed the policy without informing the customer so the can provide a credit. I called customer service they won't transfer you to a supervisor and won't give a refund keep saying it's nothing they can do I filed a complaint with the bbb for a refund because stubhub won't honor the original policy and said the change was set to retrograde to previous bout tickets they just don't want to lose Monet and I contacted them today twice

I just purchased 2 tickets for public service broadcasting but when i recived the e tickets it says that if i have purchased any tickets by your site i will not be allowed entry what happens if im denied entry on the door

Answer:

I'm sorry. I don't know. I only know they sold me tickets to a show they did not have. Nor did they tell us!
