I alway got my tickets but right now they are doing shady business with covid I would stay away if the event gets cancelled you won't get a refund at all

If you don't pay the top sellers how does your business still keep going?

It is a nightmare to say the least. You can list your tickets for resale. They will not give you any money until after the event. If the event keeps postponing, you may never see your money. Just spent good part of the morning trying to get a refund on a cancelled show - what a nightmare! I don't plan to use Stuhub again.

Stubhub told me I will get my refund after the event occurs! Not after your tickets are sold! Go figure! I assume you never see your money if the event gets pushed back. My event got pushed back by 1 year.

Call and talk to customer service. They can verify if they are real... or in my case fake. If you catch it early they can probably help you find a new ticket. I didn't question the ticket until a hour or so before the show and by that time it was too late.

I would not trust StubHub

I feel the same way. But people I know have bought tickets from stub hub and had good experiences. I am really nervous about my purchase as well. I kind of want to call and ask for a refund. But I really wanna see Beyoncé.

No, this website is not legit. It will cause you too much hassle and ruin your experience of the concert. You may never receive your tickets and lose a lot of money if you use this site. Use a more reputable one like Ticketmaster if you want to ensure a safe process to buy legit tickets to the concert.

Because stubhub doesn't buy the tickets from the artist or show that is going on. They buy it from little vendors or people like us who are selling tickets. And if stubhub has the ticket then you get it electronically or by mail but if they don't have the ticket yet then you have to wait
