on 11/4/19They now have a tab to cancel, but I've cancelled 2 times already. But they charged me again this month. I'm in the process of disputing it. Good luck to you.
It took longer than I thought it would and now the virus is probably keeping it away longer.
I questioned why my first amount would barely cover the return fee back every month and was told it was prorated so next month should be normal.
