I sent a certified letter to Valve Corporation on 03/27/17, which no one has signed for, stating my cancellation of your game service. But I also informed my credit card company to not honor any further payment requests from steamgames. My account data states there is no payment method attached to my account, yet two payment requests were submitted to the card company, 19.99 and 0.99. Cancellation cannot be requested online even though it states otherwise, and you provide no means of contacting the company, phone or email.
