I renewed my license plate on your site on april 23rd and have not gotten a confirmation email so that i can print out my id.

I had a hold placed on my state registration which is about to expire for unpaid tolls. all fees have been paid but the dmv said it could take up to a week for the hold to come off the computer. can you help with that?

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the hold for you. You'll need to wait until the DMV removes the hold from your account.

We are a registration renewal agency. We can process your renewal if you are the record holder and you grant us authorization. For all other needs, you must contact your state's DMV directly.

In what circumstance would ones car no be eligible for renewal? and if so, would they receive full refund?

Answer:

There are a number of reasons. For example, if your plate has been expired for too long, or if you have unpaid citations, you will not be eligible to renew. If inspections are required where you live, you must also have a verified passing inspection on file. There are other reasons; these are just a few examples. If it is determined that your vehicle does not qualify, the transaction will be cancelled and refunded and you will be notified.

Irenewed my truck at this site. my transaction id is bpopd1477c6e. it was done by mistake. it should have been in the state of ohio. what can i do? my tags need to renewed now and i cant get anyone on the telephone. help
