Hi there, a basic membership is totally free. With a basic membership you can apply to some casting calls for free (such as our industry giveaways), and also create a profile with photos and videos. We'll also email you any auditions that fit your skills, so you can see if we jobs in your area that interest you. A full membership is around the cost of a fancy coffee, once a month :) The exact cost will depend on which country you are in. The full membership lets you apply to as many auditions as you like. Hi Amy, for privacy reasons you can't see if an individual has viewed your profile however you will get an email if a casting professional whose casting you have applied for views your profile. Hi Chloe, it might help if we explain how StarNow works. When you register with StarNow you have the option of either a Full (paying) or a Basic (non-paying) membership. A non-paying membership allows you to browse our casting calls and receive the latest listings via email, and upload up to three photos, one audio track and one video to your profile. Basic Members can only apply to a few casting calls on the site. These will have a green, apply for free banner across them - however there may not be many of these on the site at any given time. By upgrading to a Full Membership you get a lot more perks: - You can apply to unlimited casting calls. - Your profile will be seen by casting scouts in our Talent Directory. - You can add unlimited photos to your profile and 10 audio/video files. - You get 50 contact credits per month, so you can send messages to other members. Hi Kate, in general casting professionals will only give further details to successful applicants. Full (paying) members can apply to any casting on site and if they are shortlisted or successful often the casting professional will get in touch with more details such as audition dates. Hi Andrea, in answer to your question- absolutely! StarNow is for ages and all types of talent including those with little or no experience. Quite often we have castings on site looking for all types of people for various commercials and shows. The more work you do the more you will be able to build up your profile with experience/pictures/videos which can lead to more castings.
