What happens if my children loss or change their phone?

Answer:

Hello Andrea, I assume what you actually wanted to ask if you could switch to monitor another phone. As long as your account and subsription is still valid, you can install Spyzie on the new phone. But here is the process: you have to unbind the current device first from your Spyzie account dashboard. Then you can get the new device, and activate Spyzie using the same account.

How to retrieve deleted text

Answer:

Hello Deanna, thanks for asking the quesiton. Acutally you can't retrieve texts that are deleted before Spyzie is installed. While after you activate the service, Spyzie will save all the text messages. In this case, when some messages are deleted on the target device, you can still view them from your dashboard.
