Hello Steve
Thanks for asking the question. If you would like to monitor an android phone, you have to install and activate Spyzie service on the target device first. If you would like to monitor an iPhone, you need to know the iCloud credentials used on the target device. And if the two-step verification is turned on, you have to manually disable it first.
