I found it very easy. Replied within 24 hours evertime as stated

If she responds don't believe her. And don't be negative since she will block you.

She blocked me. I place an order of $120.00 for two blankets - never received my order, I kept trying to reach out to her, and she finally blocked me. I will be filing a claim through my bank and through Mastercard - who has told me that if there are complaints, her license to accept credit cards in any form - will be denied. I am not happy as I paid hard earned money. All she needed to do was to refund me the money if the product was not available.
