I have ordered a couple of things from GearBubble. Excellent. Fast shipping. Great updates. Highly recommend buying from them.

Almost 7 months after paying still no merchandise or refund even after promised both several times. Blocked on all social media & doesn't respond to emails. Was promised she'd ship everything 28th Dec. & nothing. Have found out by waiting 6 months fraud alert can't help. They said they have several cases against her in UK & several people outside UK have tried to file but she knows if she can put them off for 6 months nothing can be done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEF, LIAR &SCAM ARTIST!

Placed 2 orders for a total of 7 items. Items never received even though supposedly posted 2 different times. Was promised refunds but never received. Told me to have my bank do a charge back but when they contacted Worldpay were told that the seller had to request refund. Promised to refund my personal bank account but didn't. Even said a cashier's check for refunds was included with shipment. Make it worse, she posted the start of an afghan like I ordered on facebook. I commented that I really liked the pattern just wished I had gotten the one I ordered and she told me to send her my email and she'd sent the pattern immediately. Unbelievable. Plus more than a dozen messages via facebook and website with no response. Do NOT order from her. She is a liar and cheat. I am looking to take legal action since it was quite a large amount of money I paid her.
