Why are your customer reps misleading cuetomers?

It is the sales department not the billing agents that are lying to the customer just to get the commission

All their customer reps are dishonest and misleading they also hold back importance information are things you could know about special plans that are cheaper. They just keep transferring You from One Department to another and back to the original department and none of them even know what they're talking about
