I see a lot of negative feedback on your company. I have already placed the order and paid. Am preparing the box to be mailed. These tapes are all we have left of several family members who have passed, such precious cargo. I realize it will take a couple of months as you put that on your website. I'm just concerned that you aren't legit and my memories will be lost forever.

Good luck. I had several good experiences and then they lost a bunch of my pictures. It's been months and I don't hold out much hope.
