For SouthTree: What is the issue with the disparate reviews? It is almost like 2 different companies. Some people had no problems, received great service and love your work and others were just the opposite - hated customer service and the work done. Complained of lost items etc. This is all within the same timeframe. Please advise!

Exactly my experience. Great service and then lost a bunch of pictures and now won't reply. They are great when it goes well and horrible when they mess up. Find someplace else if you value your memories.
