My experience with this company has not been great. I am glad for those who have had a good experience; count yourselves lucky that your items were returned to you. For those of us that had irreplaceable memories lost by this company, it has been a very poor customer experience. I have had to initiate every communication with Southtree. They do not return phone calls and I always get the impression i am being brushed off. Unfortunately, the employee who initially received my order did not take their job seriously and failed to implement the Safe Label system this company advertises(only tagging one item). As a result they lost 24 film negatives and an audio cassette. My items could be anywhere although I suspect they may have just been thrown away. The experience of losing my items was bad enough but it has been compounded by Southtree's denial of accountability. I only received a partial refund after 4 months of waiting for them to locate my items. My memories obviously did not matter to them... just be sure you would be willing to never see your property again before you ship your media to Southtree. I regret my decision entrusting my memories to Southree and foolishly believing my items would be safe in their hands.

Just call or email them. They are super easy to communicate with.
